That is the only step I remember from taking tap dance lessons many many years ago, in the "Annie" heyday. Signe is prancing around Nana and Papa's house in my recital costume we found in the garage. I wore it over 30 years ago, with a wooden spoon in my hand, while dancing to "A Spoonful of Sugar."
